We recognize that effective talent management starts with the family, as children with exceptional abilities may experience desynchronization between their intellectual and emotional development, which can present challenges for parents. To address these issues and promote supportive parenting, we launched a series of events featuring lectures on talent management tasks.

Parent Academy
The Parent Academy was established to provide assistance to parents of talented students participating in the Young Talents Program to support their children's development. The Academy offers exclusive lectures for parents in our training program, as well as open lectures in our many regional centers.
