Her project, titled "A Review of Spanish Mental Health Protocols in Elite Sport," examines the psychological assessment and support systems used in Spain and explores how their most effective elements could be applied within the Hungarian sporting environment. The research focuses on four key questions: which diagnostic tools are used, what intervention pathways are available, how extensive support networks are, and which cultural factors shape these systems.

Drawing on both scientific literature and collaboration with experts at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, the study also looks at preventive approaches and the role of coaches, support staff, and family members in supporting athletes' mental well-being.

While the findings suggest that the Spanish system remains fragmented and often depends on individual clubs and high-performance centers, the research highlights valuable practices that could contribute to the further development of sport psychology in Hungary.

Beyond its academic findings, the project underscores the importance of international knowledge transfer in strengthening athlete mental health services and developing support structures that can better respond to the psychological demands of elite sport.
