Barbara Zollmann is an Executive Board Member of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) in Budapest. After training as an industrial clerk at the University of Paderborn, Zollmann graduated with a degree in economics and later completed a part-time distance learning Master Business Consulting (MBC) programme at the University of Wismar. From 2006-2008, she was Deputy Executive Director at the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (AHK USA) in Chicago, responsible for Consulting Services as well as Human Resources and Administration. Subsequently, she was Head of the AHK Coordination Department for the country area North, Central and South America as well as Western Europe at the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce, the umbrella organisation of the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Berlin. Between 2014 and 2021, she served as Managing Director of AHK Korea and its service subsidiary KGCCI DE International Ltd. in Seoul.
