Eduardo Fernández Luiña is Head of Studies and head of the International Area at the Fundación DISENSO. Eduardo has combined his life as associate professor at the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations (EPRI) at the Francisco Marroquín University with working in different think tanks. He has actively collaborated with the Centre for the Analysis of Public Decisions (CADEP), Liberty Fund, the FAES Foundation and he has been Director of the Juan de Mariana Institute in Madrid. For years, he has specialized in Ibero-American politics, studying everything related to the quality of democracy and public policies.
