Dávid Kosztrihán began his studies at the National University of Public Service in 2014 and graduated summa cum laude in 2017 with a Master's degree in Public Administration. In 2021, he completed another Master's degree in Public Administration. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at the Doctoral School of Public Administration at the National University of Estonia, where his research focuses on public administration and governance.
During his university years, he actively participated in student representation and received several prestigious scholarships, including the New National Excellence Program Scholarship, a Higher Education Scholarship, and the Széll Kálmán Scholarship from the Hungary Foundation. Through the Széll Kálmán Scholarship, he spent a semester in Washington, D.C., at George Mason University, earning two academic excellence awards. He was also later awarded a Common Sense Society - Europa Fellowship.
He began his professional career in the Hungarian Public Administration Scholarship Program at the Prime Minister's Office, where he later worked as a desk officer, parliamentary secretary, and eventually as the head of the department responsible for the MNE program.
At MCC, he is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the postgraduate programs, developing their training curricula, and expanding their portfolio.
He speaks English and is currently studying Russian.
