Steffen Bilger, born on 16 February 1979 in Schongau, is a German politician. He graduated in law from the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and was active in the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU) from an early age. He has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2009 and was Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure from 2018 to 2021. He is also deputy parliamentary party leader of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group in the German Bundestag and a member of the CDU's federal executive committee.
