Zsuzsanna Vincze graduated in Humanities and began her career as a high school teacher. She later gained experience in higher education at Edutus University as a teacher and language examiner. Zsuzsanna then transitioned to METRO Commercial Ltd., contributing to organizational development as a trainer and coach, and taking on the role of head of training, where she was instrumental in establishing the METRO Gastro Academy.

Her career further advanced at the Hungarian Tourism Agency, where she led international projects, followed by a position at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, where she focused on the diplomatic aspects of international cooperation.

Currently, as the Director of Community Values and Student Wellbeing, she is responsible for fully integrating personal development programs into the Collegium's educational framework. Her work contributes to the success of the institution's unique educational initiatives and fosters the continued development of a responsible community that preserves and creates shared values.
