I graduated in Humanities, started my career as a secondary school teacher and gained experience in higher education at what is now Edutus University (then the College of Modern Business), where I worked as a teacher and language examiner in the Language Department for 10 years. The next stage of my career was in a multinational company, METRO Kereskedelmi Kft., where I first helped to develop the organization as a trainer and coach, and then as a training manager I was involved in the creation and establishment of the METRO Gastronomy Academy. Later, I managed international projects at the Hungarian Tourism Agency, and then I worked on the diplomatic aspect of international cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. I also had a taste of the challenges of entrepreneurship.

As the Director of the MCC's Career and Professional Development Centre, my main goal is to contribute to the success of the unique talent management work at the institution and to add value to the community. Together with my team, we work to make distinctive professional and social programs, as well as continuing education and career opportunities, available to students and alumni. Only here, only they can access them. Which will further strengthen the community of the institution, its students and alumni, connecting the coli with the old and the new. As educators and trainees, mentors and mentees, employers and employees, scholarship holders and supporters. On weekdays and holidays, alone, with family and old friends, MCC.
