At MCC Feszt, Dennis Prager, one of the most influential political commentators in the United States, held a talk entitled "Media and free speech".
Mr. Prager is a best-selling author, nationally broadcast radio talk show host in the US and co-founder of the PragerU internet platform. He has lectured around the world, including Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
A policy that overemphasises identities is wrong, because the only thing that matters is equality in the eyes of God. Anything beyond that is a political game, stressed Prager.
According to the talk show host, left-wing politics does not look at what nation you belong to, whether you are Hungarian, American or maybe Romanian, but they look at whether you are black or white, or what gender you belong to.
Central European culture, which retains its Christian-Jewish roots, is a real competitor to the left-wing West, which has no national or religious affiliation, said Prager.
Prager's non-profit educational media company, PragerU has become one of the most influential educational media sites in the world. In 2020 alone, PragerU reached more than 1.5 billion views on YouTube.
