The Transylvanian School of Politics launched its academic year

The first training weekend marked the start of the fifth academic year of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) Transylvanian School of Politics. The program, launched in 2017 in cooperation with the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (RMDSZ) and the Hungarian Youth Council of Romania (MIÉRT), aims to enable young Hungarians from Transylvania to effectively represent the values and interests of Hungarian communities in local public affairs.

Education in France is currently characterized by a significant decline in standards and expectations - this was one of the topics addressed by Marion Maréchal, former Member of the French National Assembly, in her lecture held at Mathias Corvinus Collegium, in Tas vezér Street, in the framework of the Budapest Lectures series. At the event, organized jointly by MCC and the Danube Institute, the director of the Institut des sciences sociales, économiques et politiques (ISSEP) in Lyon also spoke about the dangers of the growing far-left ideology.

MCC supports the development of more than 3,700 young talents in the new academic year

The interest in Mathias Corvinus Collegium's (MCC) unique training programs is growing: the talent development center starts the new academic year with more than 3,700 students. The expansion of the Foundation has been significant also in geographical terms. MCC programs are now available in 23 cities across the Carpathian Basin. In the academic year 2021/2022, several new teachers and lecturers from home and abroad will join MCC to help students who are willing to act for their future and as well as the nation.
